work & life vocation
I strongly believe that every human being is born with the capacity to grow, self direct and make choices in one’s life. She’s passionate to work with individuals and groups in facilitating such change. She is empowered to help clients navigate life’s transitions and a strong sense of self.
Originally trained in Humanistic client centred therapy, where the connection and trust serve as a cornerstone of the therapeutic journey, I also draw on a range of approaches (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Somatic Experiencing and Attachment-Focused EMDR) to help clients to tell their stories and process past painful experiences, thus empowering them to make the changes they need, in a supportive and safe space, to take charge of their own lives and live with more meaning.
