I believe strongly in improving parent-child relationships and am experienced in the field of attachment and adoption. As an expert witness, I have advised on the best interest of the child and parent-child relationships during and post-divorce.
Originally trained in psychodynamic therapy, behaviour therapy and family systems therapy, I have since been certified in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (CCPC), Gottman Couples Therapy (L2), Attachment-based EMDR (L2) and as an Enneagram Practitioner. I also draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Theraplay and other modalities to best suit your needs.

I serve on the international board of Solution Focus in Organisations (SFIO) and am an associate with a number of international consultancies. I have also contributed to publications and books on psychotherapy, adoption, consulting, change management and coaching, published in the UK and Singapore.
